EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND THE CAMPAIGN FOR THE ARTS
The Campaign for the Arts is more than a fundraiser, it's an arts engagement program that showcases the richness and variety of the arts in our region by taking the arts to the business sector. Campaign workplace participation sites enjoy hands on arts-experiences, on site performances, giving incentives, and friendly competitions. You can offer your employees arts engagement opportunities and the ability to support the arts through payroll deduction, empowering your staff to make larger gifts by having them spread out over the course of multiple paychecks. Culture Works has programs to engage both onsite and remote employees, and can help you design a virtual Campaign that encourages employees to embrace their creative sides, builds your company culture, and fosters your company sense of community. DONOR ADVISED FUNDS
Many of our donors choose to give through the Dayton Foundation or another Donor Advised Fund. Doing so is fairly simple - contact your financial or community institution and inform them of your intent to send/recommend a grant to Culture Works. Please make sure they have the following information:
