Discover Classical (Dayton Public Radio) celebrates and advances classical music and the fine arts to enrich the lives of our listeners.  Our vision is that classical music should be free for all to enjoy and that Discover Classical is an informative, trusted, and entertaining source of classical music for listeners in Dayton and around the world, actively providing excellent classical music content for our broadcast and non-broadcast outlets. We are a supportive partner for professional, avocational, and aspiring classical musicians and strive to build community and breakdown barriers among our listeners through a shared love of this music.  Over our 40-year history of broadcasting in the greater Dayton region we have grown to support three FM signals — WDPR 88.1 FM (Dayton), WUSO 89.1 FM (Springfield), and WDPG 89.9 FM (Greenville) and now streaming through our website (www.discoverclassical.org) and on our mobile app.  Discover Classical’s FM broadcasts reach 16 counties in Ohio, 5 in Indiana and streaming everywhere with an average 35,000 listeners per week.
