Bach Society of Dayton

The Bach Society of Dayton is dedicated to performing and promoting appreciation of choral masterworks from early music—including J.S. Bach—to new music and to nurturing the next generation of choral singers. The 60-voice chorus, under the direction of Music Director John Neely, performs with soloists and orchestra and frequently collaborates on inventive programs with leading performing arts organizations in the Miami Valley.
Centerville Community Chorus (CCC)
The Centerville Community Chorus is an all-volunteer chorus co-sponsored by the City of Centerville and the Centerville Arts Commission. The Chorus consists of singers who represent a wide range of vocations and ages and perform at a variety of venues throughout the community.
Dayton Gay Men’s Chorus

The Dayton Gay Men’s Chorus sings to inspire, encourage, and sustain excellence in the choral arts and to achieve a gay-affirming presence in the greater Miami Valley. DGMC is continually reaching for excellence in choral music, offering a broad repertoire in a variety of accessible venues while educating the community at large about the value of diversity.

Dayton Opera makes its home in the world-class, state-of-the-art Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, allowing this company to deliver stunning aural and visual performance in an acoustically superior theatre. Dayton Opera presents an array of productions each season, aiming to be bold and reaching in its programming, from classical, beloved masterworks to modern, thought-provoking productions to recitals that spotlight internationally-acclaimed vocal artists. Dayton Opera also presents an annual Season Opening Spectacular, a groundbreaking initiative among Dayton Opera, Dayton Ballet, and the Dayton Philharmonic that strives to take artistic collaboration to a new level.

Kettering Children’s Choir

The Kettering Children’s Choir’s mission is to educate talented young singers and build an appreciation for musical excellence. The Choir’s vision is to be known throughout Ohio as a premier vocal ensemble and choral school with structured musical training as well as high-quality standards of artistic performance and music appreciation. KCC is in residence at Wright State University’s Creative Arts Center.
Miami Valley Music Men (MVMM)

The Miami Valley Music Men, a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, is a men’s barbershop chorus that has been in the Dayton area since 1950. Barbershop music is characterized by four-part a cappella harmony and the distinct barbershop seventh (ringing) chord. The MVMM perform at a wide variety of community venues throughout the region each year. This year’s annual concert is “Songs of Inspiration” on November 3rd. World House Choir
