K12 Gallery & TEJAS (Teen Educational and Joint Adult Studio) inspires people of all ages from the Miami Valley to imagine, learn, and create art through hundreds of innovative arts education programs led by professional artists. Low-income students, youth on probation, adults with disabilities, prisoners, and survivors of violence achieve equal access to the educational and healing quality of the arts. The organization has provided dozens of public art projects to add cultural beauty to the Dayton Region.

Muse Machine

Muse Machine is a nationally acclaimed arts education organization annually serving 72,000 students and their teachers across Western Ohio. Since its inception in 1982, Muse Machine has produced dozens of large-scale musicals and concerts and engaged thousands of students through arts-integrated classroom instruction, interactive workshops, and professional development for teachers.


New Hope Studio

The New Hope Studio is a division of the New Hope Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization. Its mission is to promote self-expression, self-worth, and job skills through a variety of arts. Classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11a.m.-1.pm.


Ohio Performing Arts Institute (OPAI)

Ohio Performing Arts Institute is a nonprofit whose vision is to preserve and enhance the arts through quality theatre education and performances in the community. OPAI offers a multitude of opportunities in dance, private music lessons, and acting for all ages. Known for its annual Nutcracker, OPAI presents a wide range of high-quality community theatre productions, including musicals, children’s theatre productions, dance concerts, and more.


The Performing Arts Academy

Since 2000, the Performing Arts Academy (PAA) has grown from a handful of children to a program that now produces 12 annual theatre productions, provides dance classes for all ages, and offers private music lessons year round to more than 290 young people and adults. The PAA provides instruction in voice, piano, guitar, woodwinds, brass, strings, percussion, music theory, and theatre, and has three age-graded children’s theatre groups.


Project Jericho

Project Jericho is a collaborative program between the Clark State Performing Arts Center and the Clark County Department of Job and Family Services that makes performing and visual arts opportunities available to all families in Clark County. Project Jericho changes lives through positive in-depth arts experiences.


Residence in Praise Community Arts Center

Residence in Praise Community Arts Center utilizes the performing and visual arts to mentor adolescent youth and help them find their purpose through music, dance, theatre, visual/graphic arts, creative writing, and character education. Their C.H.A.M.P.S. program (Creative Healing Arts Mentoring Program Services) also welcomes partnerships with local foster families and organizations. 2019 Fall Gala: Sunday, October 6, 4:00 p.m. at Celebrity Banquet.


Stivers School for the Arts

Stivers School for the Arts is a public arts magnet school serving students in grades 7–12. Stivers pairs intensive training in the arts with a rigorous academic program that regularly produces test scores equal or superior to those of surrounding suburban districts.
