Culture Works is committed to protecting our donors privacy and personal information. We will never sell, trade, rent or share names, address, email addresses, or telephone numbers of our donors. Nor will we send donors mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Culture Works maintains a database of donor information including donation amounts, donor address, email address, telephone number, and donor comments regarding their preferences and donations for our records.  Culture Works uses donor information to provide services and recognition to donors.  Culture Works will list the names of individuals and organizations that support to Culture Works on our website and in printed donor listings, unless the donor requests the name withheld.

Culture Works use of donor information may include:

    • Distribute receipts for donations.
    • Thank donors for their support.
    • Donor recognition.
    • Share information about events, opportunities, fundraising, grantmaking, and other activities of Culture Works
    • Internal analysis and record keeping
    • Reporting as required by law to relevant U.S. and State agencies (these reports are not for public inspection)
    • Contact donors about changes to this policy.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Donor financial information is strictly protected. Access to financial data is limited to professional staff of Culture Works whose job requires them to process this data. No donor financial data is accessible to any non-authorized person, organization, or group.

Culture Works communicates with our donors about the arts, arts events, arts opportunities, and Culture Works programming. We want our donors to know about and enjoy the arts in our region. We may send you information about  Culture Works and ways you can participate in the arts community.
