You’ve heard the symphonies, you’ve seen the masterpieces—now it’s your turn to create!
Join Culture Works for a recon mission into Dayton’s arts. You and a group of fellow community leaders will be taken to local creative spaces where you’ll discover how the arts are transforming our community—by becoming the artists yourselves.
Tuesday, March 6, 2018 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About the day:
Participants will meet at an undisclosed location in downtown Dayton. (Location details will be provided following registration.) From there, participants will be divided into two teams and transported by bus to three arts venues where you’ll complete hands-on arts activities in a variety of disciplines. The day will conclude with the 2018 Campaign for the Arts Kickoff event—an opportunity for networking and a celebration of the arts—at the UD Arena Flight Deck. The Kickoff will include an address by the 2018 Campaign for the Arts Honorary Chairs, University of Dayton President Eric Spina and Karen Spina.
There is no cost to participate in Mission: Possible, and lunch will be included. Transportation will be provided by Greater Dayton RTA.
Can’t attend the full day but still want to participate? Let us know! You’re welcome to join us for a half-day experience that suits your schedule.
